The boys and I went to a pumpkin patch this year to get our pumpkins. Thanks to Tiff I was able to get some great pictures since I left my camera in the van that Adam took home!
The Monday before Halloween we painted/carved pumpkins. Aiden painted one, carved one, and then lost interest in the whole pumpkin thing. Avery loved the entire project and didn't want to stop painting. In fact we had 2 that we did nothing with and when I came home from work on Tuesday I found him painting one in the kitchen. Avery preferred to paint pumpkins vs carve them because it wasn't as disgusting!
For Halloween Aiden was a Hobbit and Avery was a Minion. This made Gram happy as she doesn't like when they are something scary or gorey. They looked cute and Aiden had the perfect hair for his costume as it has reached the time of the year when he doesn't want it cut and have a cold head. Of course when we went outside for pictures Aiden had no interest in it and wouldn't give me a good smile. We go to Gram's and he models for her, good thing I had taken my camera in there as well so I could get a decent one of him as well!
When we came home Avery had taken his costume off and Adam thought he would try it on
