Every September after soccer games we head to the State Fair to watch the Truck Pulls, we leave early enough we can walk through the animals and then head to our seats to see some awesome trucks. It was storming the morning of the Truck Pulls so I was worried if we were going to be able to watch them. By the time we arrived to Salt Lake it had stopped and the pulls were only delayed a little bit while they worked on the track. I enjoy seeing the different way everyone paints their trucks, there is always something interesting and new ones each year along with the same old ones! This is the first year we have been able to watch the semi pull which was great!
Poppy always goes with us, of course Aiden only watches for a little while before he gets bored. This year we let him take the phone so he would have something to do.
From our seats we have an awesome view of the Mountains. Where it had been storming all day they looked beautiful and just reminded me why I will never move from Utah. I know I complain about the snow every year but I can't deny how lost I would be without the mountains and lake you can see so well from my house and during my 40 mile drive to work each day.
